  1. When you get to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, someone will be waiting to welcome you and take you to your hotel. You can then spend the rest of the day unwinding and getting over your long flight. If you arrive early, you might want to take a stroll around Thamel, which is a really lively area, or just chill out at your hotel - whatever you prefer. In the evening, you can look forward to a really nice welcome dinner that serves traditional Nepali food, and to make it even more special, there will be a cultural dance performance to enjoy.
