Then you follow the Marsyangdi Valley through Chame, Upper Pisang, Ngawal and Manang, where you experience traditional mountain culture and breathtaking views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Annapurna IV, Gangapurna and Pisang Peak.

After an acclimatization day in Manang, the trail gradually climbs toward Yak Kharka and Thorong Phedi. The highlight is Day 9 when you cross Thorong La Pass (5,416 m) before taking the dramatic descent to the holy pilgrimage city of Muktinath.

From Muktinath, a drive through the Kali Gandaki Valley brings you to Pokhara, passing through Jomsom, Marpha and other picturesque mountain settlements.
